To design and build an online presence that provides a seamless customer journey through the entire shopping experience using browser or app channels. Make the growing library of recipe and editorial content work accessible throughout the site whilst raising the profile of the growing 30,000+ product sku's.

With well over 30,000 products listed this gives users multiple stock options to encourage larger basket sizes.

New content is updated daily to drive repeat site visits within a given week. Over 100 recipes and articles are all linked to products to encourage additional purchases.

Waitrose continues to grow and boasts almost 20,000 individual users and is growing month on month, a large range of products and content continues to engage and encourage customers to revisit the site.
